Hacking About using DSiWare method from O3DS to N3DS

I will soft mod my N3DS using the DSiWare method, luckily I already own a arm9lh exploited old 3DS that make the things simplier, my only concern is that when I did the same proccess from O3DS to O3DS the systems required to insert my SDcard into the target system, in the case of O3DS to N3DS this is not fully possible. Can the persons in this situation with already exploited N3DS tell me how system solved this issue?

Get a micro sd card (so it fits in your n3ds) and a micro sd adapter (so it fits in your o3ds). Copy the old sd card contents to the micro sd. Continue.

Can't you just copy the contents from an SD card to the micro SD card...

The System Transfer warns you about the SD card incompatibility and gives you different options, just use Wireless Transfer.
