Gaming About the Nintendo Online service...

Since it's Nintendo or M2 themselves developing the emulators, the Switch will definitely be able to emulate GameCube. Wii, maybe.
Yeah IDC if they get Wii games working, would probably be pretty complicated. Really happy if we get Gamecube VC though.

More powerful system.. If the screen is what you have to go off of? Then I have to wonder...
Switch is probably strong enough to emulate everything up to Wii TBH. We'll see how much they take advantage of that.

I know it's more powerful, but I don't believe it's powerful enough to emulate past N64. We'll see, though.

@Memoir Have to wonder what? 3ds was perfect for SNES emulation because 240p is the SNES's native resolution. It was perfect for the Sega ports it got as well. It won't be quite perfect on a 720p or 1080p screen, but I'm sure it'll be good.

Switch is a little weaker (in raw specs, OS is an advantage), but Shield TV runs Dolphin at 40-60 FPS if it's any indication.
