Gaming About NAT Type

While in my school, I tried to play Splatoon 2 using my phone network. But the NAT type was D and I cannot play Splatoon online. The err code is 2618-0516.
Do anyone know how to solve this problem?

Well, you need to have access to the router to open the needed port for Splatoon 2. I don't think you will get access to them.

When you mean by mobile to use your own cellphone to tether your switch over, that should work.
