currently there are rumors about a new whatsapp update which will bring the programm to the pc natively, else you would need to emulate android or IOS which is possible ! BUT you would need a mobile phone number.
you could buy a cheap prepaid card lend a mobile phone for a few minutes and register the on a virtual machine installed whatsapp with the number.
(you can use virtual machine + android or bluestacks as example)
