Hacking About ds roms

I'm pretty sure this is really late to ask but has the wario ware diy rom been fixed? I was looking around the site about it and read it was unplayable unless it got patched. But the posts were about 4 years old and the links to download the patch don't work anymore. It's unplayable on the blue gateway card I use. Does the patch still exist or a new fixed rom is out? I googled the patch but the links expired already.

i didnt found a patch only for that rom but i hope this is usefull
