ive got an new 3ds with luma, my son found it in my cabinet, but i never saved the sd card, it wont boot without it any tips? im just trying to give it to him so he can play.

So it's either running Luma3DS on A9LH or B9S, nonetheless, you are going to need to buy a new SD card and I suggest anything larger than a 32GB. Make sure you properly format the SD card, you can also use GM9 to format the card or just follow this guide. From there you will need to determine if it's running B9S or A9LH, which is quite easy. Just download the latest version of Luma3DS from here

Copy the boot.firm onto the SD card and see if the system boots. If it doesn't download this version of Luma3DS and then test it.

That's the last version to support A9LH
