I caught one on my first encounter. I had taunt tho so it was pretty much mine.

I spotted about 2 in the first grass patches you encounter in the game, in-between the journey from your house to the professor's town.

Route 203 Abra 15% chance to appear during the day he is a tough one to catch

and you have to catach him quickly cuase it will use teleport and get out of battle !

alot of people dont know this but in this game pokemon only appear during certain time of day or night or morning OR DAYS ! yes DAYS !!!!!!

P.S you must use pokeball on the first move or else he will teleport away.

First time I spotted Abra, he teleported out like a little b*tch.

The second time I saw him, he actually stayed to fight but my stupid Chimchar nuked his ass with a critical hit. Stupid Chimchar.

I fed Chimchar to my Machop that night. Good times.

Either trade in the first gym town, or if you have chimchar, use taunt (what i did) all it can do is struggle, which hits with recoil. Wait until it starts getting to low health then BAM pokeball his arse.
