Since I've got an O3DS, I went for the crappiest SD I could find - got a cheapo 16GB Kingston microSD ($10). Works pretty well, honestly I think that everything else is pretty much overkill on the O3DS, since the SD is accessed at snail speed.

Some of the SDs in this thread are probably wasted on a N3DS as well, though :P

o3DS XL (has my NNID and my copy of Pokemon Bank on it) - a Komputerbay 128 gb SD card. Hasn't failed me since I bought it. Quite cheap too.
n3DS (personal, but for newer games) - a Sandisk Ultra 32 gb one.
n3DS (Fieldrunners machine mostly) - 32 gb Patriot micro sd (dirt cheap, bought a pack of 5)
Sea Green 2DS - 32 gb Lexar sd card - cheap as hell, and works well.
Crystal Blue 2DS - 32 gb Lexar sd card - same as the top one, but this is the "double" pack.

SDHC 16GB SanDisk Class 4.

I don't trust microSDs because they rely on an adapter that, on some cases, make superficial contact with the microSD and that would represent data loss or even corruption.

Does the 128G work flawlessly? If so, what Brand, and details are appreciated. : )
So far for me it's worked great, however even with it being class 10 I can't record on the 3DS because it says write speed is too low. I don't record anyways.. but yeah.

I don't have the packaging anymore but this is what it looked like.

Transcend or G.Skill. UHS-I U1 minimum. Whichever is on sale. 32GB. I don't play 100 games simultaneously.
