Homebrew a9lh installer question (otp)

I was trying to use the 3ds.guide guide, but I noticed that in no moment do I download my system's OTP or where should I place it, where do I get it from and where do I put it?

You get your otp while you run the browser exploit on 2.1. (its taken from the console) Just follow the guide and you will get your otp.bin

I'm using this one, I'm on O3ds, and I've already gotten to the point where I downgraded to 2.1 (though I do have my NAND backup if things go wrong)
