Hey, ShadowNAND and the A9LH v2 with a mini-CFW are both still a thing.

But it does sound like the OP didn't install A9LH properly. If they followed the guide, it only brings you up to V2 without the mini-CFW. So it should have just turned off when you booted the system without an SD card.

I did read your posts. It is possible to have A9LH installed into nand and have the system boot without an SD card present. Perhaps they followed Plailect's guide and used alternative payloads, like from that iso site or just from reading around here. It is not uncommon for this to happen. In fact, this was the case the last 2 times I was helping people out (they said they followed Plailect's guide and never installed anything else, when in fact they did install other things that interfered).

A9LH doesn't just disappear. To say they lost A9LH, perhaps they never had it.

In any case, I did read it. I was just troubleshooting.

If you followed Plailect's guide fully, you wouldn't be on 9.2 sysnand, you'd be on an updated sysnand.

If you were on sysnand 9.2, it sounds like you were perhaps using emunand. Or you stopped Plailect's guide in the middle.

Also, when you say real nand vs sysnand, it also makes me think you were using emunand. sysnand is real nand, so no idea what else you can mean other than emunand. It seems like you updated sysnand and not emunand. Is this possibly your setup?

Luma patches SysNAND but that doesn't make it less real.

Could you answer my question about whether or not you have your OTP from when you would have downgraded to 2.1? It'll be the easiest way to tell if you actually had A9LH at some point.

OP was using SysNAND 9.2 with EmuNAND up to date, Luma was not flaged to protect Sys, he was using Emu with Sys FIRM, updated Sys and lost A9LH cause was without FIRM protection activated .
That was what happened, he must have started the System with L pressed, booted with Sys and lost it.

No more A9LH OP!

No. We're quite sure you probably used EmuNAND/RedNAND and updated SysNAND....

Having an /arm9loaderhax.bin doesn't make you have A9LH automatically.

How could I use emunand If I don't have it created? Lol, on my Nintendo 3ds folder I only have 1 folder with a lot of number and private.
