Some months ago, I realized a Wii menu electronic manual but for the original Wii and put it on Internet Archive. For now it is in four languages: English, Spanish, French and Italian, and I will add the rest in the future. I recommend to see all the description on Internet Archive and also the video. I also did this project so that others may reach God's word and to make them understand God's love for them. I will just give you a message that explains how much God loves you:

John 3:16–17

¹⁶ For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
¹⁷ For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.

I recommend, as a christian, giving to God a chance, as it will help, heal and free you from evil and will give you everlasting peace and joy.

Looks amazing! You modified the Wii mini manual, I guess?
In reality, I first took the vWii version, then I extracted the wad ➡️ 0000005.app ➡️ EUR.arc ➡️ you get all the folders with the languages and the images. I had to edit all the images with Paint (by taking screenshots from dolphin emulator and then reducing the dimensions) and the text is in an html code.

I also took parts of the Wii mini manual for certain things, and some photos didn't need to be changed. Originally, they're 13 pages. This is 17, so I also had to create these pages. After I did that with Italian, It was more easy when I did the translation, as I didn't have to change the code again. The scope is also, and especially, to share the Gospel. I also wanted to use this project so that other people could understand God's love for them. I also tried to put it on Reddit, but because of its bugs and filters, it's practically impossible to post it.

The explanation of the manual:

- the ID is HCAA as other Nintendo consoles manuals has the same ID (and no Wii software or game has this ID)
- the full name is RVL-N-HCAA-EUR-8. You may ask: why 8? Because the manual would have been updated at least 8 times: Original, Wiiware introduction, SDHC introduction, 3ds, terminated GameCube support in 2011, Wii U Transfer tool, Wii mini and minor updates...

Cool stuff! Why create 2 threads though? I replied to u in your other one, pasted below

This looks neat! And I appreciate the explanation, but instead of distributing this in such an... unorthodox... way, have you considered a small patch script? rustwii or wiipy or sharpii could download the base vWii manual from NUS, then unpack the WAD, unpack the app u8 contents, then you apply your edits (I'd use sfk to automate text edits, but there's probably other ways), copy over custom images, etc. repack it the same way and then you could more freely and proudly share your efforts. I wonder if the WiiLink team might be interested in adding this to their arsenal, seems more in-line with their MO than mine\modmii's. Maybe you want to try reaching out, but I can't speak for them, they might not be interested

edit:
I forgot to mention that after downloading a vWii wad you'd want to convert it using a command like rustwii.exe or wiipy.exe wad convert --retail -o "out.wad" "in.wad", otherwise wad managers available today may not be able to install it (without further updates anyway, I don't actually recall if that was done to yawmme already or not in its pre-release)

I created a second thread because it looked like the views for the first one were established, so I decided to make a second threat
