Hacking A question about CTR NAND

I'm just wonder what the size is meant to be as in FBI it says it's 639.8mb but I'm sure before I reflashed my NAND it was half that. Is this normal?

And anyway, that is definitely a correct size for CTRNAND.

CTRNAND holds pretty much everything on your system NAND, so like preinstalled/NAND titles, firmware, ect., save for DSiWare data. I'd actually worry if it was 300mb like you say.

600 megabytes is perfectly fine, my CTRNAND is a full gig large.
