Do I get the band because Share ??


And if I getting the band, is the device dead? And I can't play agin ?

Well first off, SX Loader is built into SX Pro but both SX Pro and SX OS (or Lite for the cultured) need the boot.dat file on the SD card. With SX Loader, you have to push it via USB connection with something else such as your phone or computer. And as many people can tell you, the best way of avoiding a ban currently is by utilizing emuMMC whether it be the one from SX OS or Atmosphere. Keep in mind both implementations are free but you have to pay to unlock the piracy features of SX OS while there are free ways to pirate games with Atmosphere. Lastly, if the device gets banned and it just died, that would lead to serious legal issues. Even if you violate Nintendo's online Terms of Service, it is still legally your device.
