ok, so i got my 360 about a week ago and well, my headset still hasnt worked on xbxo live... ifiddled with the volume switch and mute button and everything but it wont work. others can hear me but i cant hear them

anyone got a solution?

nope not at all. it just hasnt worked since i bought it... i got another headset asnd it doesnt seem to work either... i think its the controller...
