You guys don't get it. This flash card is going to be so amazingly smart that they don't even need to spell 'Premium' right.

Rest assured, the developers graduated with a diploma from the University of Duhhhhhh.

I think the DS2 is better, and this card might be a fake :|

"Permium"

he he

It looks like they corrected it.

I don't think it is fair to judge the quality of card by one spelling error. They have not announced it officially yet. I think they are still working on the web site.

After quick checking their website i can tell that it is not a direct competition for SC DS2 more like cheap? alternative for M3i Zero, SC DS1 and EZ Vi we should give them some time and see what it will be???

Funny thing is that they are working on SDK for Falshcard that seems to be plain old fashion device like AK2 without powerful CPU inside

Contacted them and was told.

1. not R4 clone.
2. GBA support through 3 in 1 expansion pack. Direct software support, no 3rd party software required.
3. not powerful CPU like DS2.
4. multi-media support through Moonshell.
5. Price should be cheaper than DS Onei, M3i Zero, but higher than AK2i.
6. Source code of the kernel and SDK will be available to public.
7. iSmart Premium should be out by end of August.

They are still working on the web site and more information will be provided when available.

It sounds interesting. That means I can take the source code and change it to the way I want. I am assuming the code is written in C or C++. I don't know much at the game level, but I will be able to change the interface to my own. The anti piracy auto detection is nice. Do not need the patches, so no need to know much about games and hardware.

If the price is at the level they told me, it is definitely worth it to get one to play with it.

Sick of AK2i not coming out with 1.4 ready hardware and problem with contacts. It will be nice if Normmatt or someone can write a decent kernel for this.

I will LOL quite visibly if it does turn out to be some type of clone - maybe an acekard clone.

It'll probably be quite expensive since it's a permium product.

hahahaha. just like USPS 1st class mail. You pay for the 1st class service.

They did say the price is a little bit higher than AK2i and lower than m3i0.

Even it is some some type of clone, it is still nice to have the source code.

QUOTE(Depravo @ Jul 30 2010, 08:40 PM) I think permium is the substance that Wolverine's afro is made from.
I knew someone was going to make a hair joke about it.

I bolded the lines that don't make sense. I mean, they say it's not an R4 clone yet they name most features of the current bunch of R4 clones. Awkward.

This'll turn out to be some sort of clone/fail card, I'm sure of it.
