Hi! so I bought this Wii from marketplace, and when i turned it on it just showed the preloader menu. What should i do?

Ok, my friend would like to have his Wii hacked so that he can have homebrew channel and more, but i heard he recently updated his Wii a couple of days ago. Have they come out with Twilight Hack for the latest version of Wii Menu?
