Hacking A good sight for Wii Hacking?

I just wanted to know where is a good sight that I can go to get help with my Wii??

No offance but no one here is much help..
But every one dose try and I appreachate it but I'm going end up bricking my Wii with this kinda help, lol.

I feel you bro.. Its just that this new usbloader is out and there are TONS of noobs,, noobs with hundreds of posts, so you have to look at their join date if you want to take any advice...

I find most people joined in october 08,, my guess is thats when backup loader came out.. I joined in december,, right after xmas,, after I got my kids a wii.

It wasnt hard to find the best site for wii.... HERE IT IS!

If you've got a problem, search. Chances are, someone on this site has already experienced it as well. It's not like a PC where you've got a million different variables to troubleshoot. Everyone here is pretty much running the same hardware and software

I am relatively new here as a member but have been looking around at several sites for some time before joining any. None come close to this one for the amount of activity, up-to-date information and assistance. Sometimes noobs get blasted here but you can expect the same at most other sites also.

My interest got sparked a couple months ago when a coworker talked about Homebrew. The reality is that this is some cool stuff! I never would have thought the I could have all my games on an external hard drive and not need to change disks.

Its official (!) firmware lets you dump games to the HD
Maybe the PS3 can do it as well, i dunno

Yeah but you still need the disk to play the game when you install xbox360 games to it HDD

If you have a app that dose this PLEASE tell me what it is and what "files" I need and where to "put" them on my SD card.

Actually, my son just got one for free that wasn't working - Halo 3 version, just over a year old. No HD with it. I took apart and cleaned literal gobs of gunk out of it and got it working. It was full of dust & tar, smelled like an ash tray. Bought a controller & memory card & he is quite happy. It wouldn't work because it had a GC disk stuck in the drive! His friend didn't want it back cause he already got a new one!

It has fw rev79 which is worst for hacking. The Wii is easy by comparison.

Funny, then how come most of us have been able to update our Wii's to 3.2 and beyond and downgrade them back again?

There is an app from waninkoko that lets you download and install any firmware version from Nintendo's actual servers, you can update or downgrade with it. You can find it in the "Downgrade from 3.3/4 - 3.2" tutorials on this site.
