1.) Is there something like downloadstationhax(DS) on 3DS?
2.) I've heard of Windows on the New 3DS, but how does it work on the old 3DS? I'd be fine with just Windows 3.1 if 95/98 doesn't work.
3.) How would I stream my old 3DS to my computer? Kit-Kat says only N3DS.

3) you can't. There's a separate client that tries but it's below 2fps. It's essentially sending screenshots

I forgot to mention this, but if you really do want to run Windows on a 3ds, there's a multitude of remote desktop clients that may do what you need them to. Will does 95 on n3ds is extremely slow anyway. It's less practical and more of a party trick.
