Hacking A-Data 2GB SD Card - M3 Update??

I read someone on here saying that their A-Data 2GB SD Card won't work with the newest official firmare update..is this true? I need to know before I upgrade my firmware cause I just got my M3 it today..

If I remember correctly, the Adata only had a problem with the
new update if it was formatted in Fat-16. If you format in Fat-32
It runs fine. The read speed is a little slower in Fat 32 but works
good.

sorry if I sound like a n00b, but I've never formatted a card before. How would I go about formatting it to FAT32 (I know that mine's at FAT(16) right now))?

insert the card into your card reader. then right click on the drive in windows explorer and click format. change from FAT16 to FAT32 on the drop menu and format
