Hey guys!
I just thought that if we can copy the contents of an sd card (We'll say that there's Colors 3D, Pushmo and other titles in this sd card) and put it to another 3DS SD card (Formatted and no files in it).

Will there be Colors 3D, Pushmo and other titles in this 3DS?
Please Point me if I am wrong.

(sigh...it's been nearly a month since I checked this forum section. apparently, I haven't missed much)

Why don't you simply try it? It could work. But all it does is make a backup of your files. What I can tell for 99,99999% certainty is that this SD card will not be able to play those games on another 3DS. Hacking really isn't THAT easy.

Yes... A post than hasn't been closed... Yet.

Don't listen to plasma dragoon 007 or Wevee, they haven't tried the method, they are lying (put trollface here). You can put files of another SD card in any 3DS and this way you will be able to run some free games and also some PS2 games (search on google). Here in GBATemp you can find some ROMs like Mario Kart, Ocarina of Time and Pokemon Rainbow Version (read the sticky posts)

If they have a survey in the download link that means they are real!

I am scared to try it but I think it could work, people who has titles which others don't have, they can copy their sd cand and give it to them.
If you could copy files of your own sd card and put it on another sd card, the same titles would appear.

I would transfer the files to you but right now I don't have access to my 3DS.

You can try it, I am 100% sure that your 3DS won't brick or something like that. And you will need to copy the folder with the game/app five times, renaming the folder name to something else.

If you don't do this it may not work.

Nice troll, but none of those things work. Also there's a tread for your question...

Hey, I was having fun :(

Well, this is a way to make this post that makes us angry more fun.

And I had to do that, or I would have suggested to ban him...

Hey, that's a nice idea! Let's copy the content of the SD card to another SD card and then slam it in another 3DS! Bingo! Instant free pirated E-shop games for everyone. I wonder why Nintendo never thought of this? Now they'll lose tons of money because of this incredibly easy method to pirate their stuff. They really should pay their security engineers more adequately, so they wouldn't goof up like this on purpose. :P

http://3dbrew.org/wiki/SD_Filesystem,
Everything stored under sdmc/Nintendo 3DS// and nand/data/ is encrypted with console-unique keyslots, everything in the CTR-NAND FS encrypted using console-unique keyslots is likely stored under that directory as well. All CTR files under these directories seem to use the keyslots initialized by nand/private/movable.sed.
That means that data on the SD card under the "sdmc/Nintendo 3DS//" directory, is encrypted with a key unique to the 3DS unit. So game data on the SD Card is locked to one 3DS.

Guys if you have any 3ds hacking ideas, read up on 3DBrew so you don't post anything which will never work.
