Still having problems with it freezing on the first puzzle on M3I Zero with the latest firmware that I am aware of which is M3 Sakura v1.49X (M29)
TouchPod v4.8fX (M72).

Do you need the right and left buttons?

From what I've seen so far, you can choose to either use the stylus, the buttons, or both. I don't think the left and right buttons are necessary.

Well, I definitely need to play this game with headphones on. The sound effects are great! I'm really going to have fun with this, too, if the first puzzle is indicative of the complexity of the others...

It works fine for me on AKAIO 1.8.1. Do you have AP bypass turned on?

As someone said it's in the settings, before you select the game. You press Y then Y again to being up the settings. Then find Anti Bypass at the bottom, and select enabled....
Done!

It freezes fairly early into the first puzzle for me, but I guess that's to be expected.

Using an M3i Zero:

I've found that the game freezes at random, not at set points. Saving often, I am able to play until a freeze, load the game and continue for several more minutes before the next freeze, again saving often, this doesn't set me back far and allows me to progress. Still annoying, but better than nothing.
