On 90DNS tester the URLs show up as unresolved and blocked. What the hell does unresolved mean? I am already using exosphere but I like having multiple options... If it says unresolved does that mean I am safe? I am now using the hosts(DNSMTM) file to block Nintendo servers, but I want to know if I made a big mistake with having those unresolved errors.

TLDR: What does "unresolved" mean in 90DNS Tester?

Unresolved means it performed a query and did not get a response, so it's unresolved. Blocked means that it got a response but it's unable to answer (because you're typically responding back with 127.0.0.1 which is your local host.)

So yes, blocked or unresolved means you cannot reach the host being queried and you're "safe".

It's not working for me either, I just checked and my emunand got the update for 16.0.0.

I could fix it using follow binkinator's direction from this post: /threads/might-need-a-bit-of-help-on-this-one-90dns-issue.614239

Now my 90DNS tester is showing blocked. My emunand was open to connect to the Nintendo servers, that's why I said I even got the latest updated to it from Ninty server. Now it seems to be all good after using the hosts list and exosphere.
