Hacking 9.9.0-26

hi sorry if i overlooked this but i been scanning through and cant find info on seting up a n3ds on 9.9 to downgrade and run cfw homebrew ect. trying to get this done for my son i have done wii ps3 psp xbox mods. looking for a lil help to get this done. dont have no game carts to gain entrey or a flash cart. thanks guys!

It'll work the same as 10.3 downgrading. Use SafeSysUpdater.
