Homebrew 9.2 downgrade - Incomplete - need help

Well, sorry for all this posts.
Well, I downgrade my 2DS to 9.2
No software to make nand boots, which means incomplete downgrade.
I need help, what do I do now?
Do I run the downgrader again clicking "downgrade" or upgrade? (with 9.2 cia update)

If you camt boot decyrpt9 this usually means you got fraknefirmware. just use the downgrade again with 9.2 file to fix this.

It's okay! I posted it in other thread, and the supposed is to click downgrade. I did everything right now, pretty happy I managed to set up ARM9 correctly
