8bitdo sn30 pro plus keeps randomly disconnecting

Hello, I've been having a problem with both of my 8bitdo sn30 pro plus controllers where they've been randomly disconnecting from my switch during gameplay, even while the battery is over half, they just disconnect and the switch says "battery depleted" and brings up the controller connect screen. Any possible fixes?

First, please tell us what FW are you running on the SN30? mine works fin with firmware 5.02, as the change log, they fix a disconnection issue on later firmware.

the latest firmware can be downloaded on https://support.8bitdo.com/

or using the Upgrade Tool (https://support.8bitdo.com/firmware-updater.html) Most people prefer this method.

Update to firmware V 5.04 beta 1, they fixed another disconnect issue on 5.03 and 5.04 fixes a error on low battery indicator
