Note:
1. If you want to disable some features of the cheats, you must toggle on and off the [#00. All Cheats - off] once.
2. For creating new game, #17a and #17b should be disabled during the early stage. Otherwise the first mission of catching 3 pokemons and the second mission catching Bidoof, Starly and Shinx could not be completed
3. It is not recommend to use #18 in early game, since you cannot control them before upgrade your star level
4. For main quest 24, need to switch off the cheats (not sure which one),
otherwise the door will not open

If its blank like that in Item details, then it likely has no function at all. Weird that it has an Icon image tho.
Also strange Master Ball has details-info but no Icon. Maybe for future Mystery gift events? Hard to tell in game's current state.
In another thread, it was found out that the Origin ball cannot be sold or discarded from the inventory after using an all balls cheat. So maybe story keyitem that turns into a usable item? x-x so many questions...
Since they may effect the save in any way, probably best to avoid the balls (lol) til a full confirmed list is revealed by anyone who beat the game.

The origin ball is a key item as i did mention in my thread. I also removed it from the cheat. The strange ball does work. You can use it only while in battle if you select items mid battle. It will catch.

The game uses leftover item data from every single game all the way from red and blue up to swsh and the master ball is one of those left over items but is only garbage data.

These here are the new game items.

Both of them work somehow, but for me just with „display issues“ and not „infinite“ items, some kind of „items dont decrease“.
Also I‘m facing game crashes when you Travel around or open up the mobile work bench. But thank you anyway!
