Why are you guys using the mp4 one ?
You should be using Yellows8 one that should end with sysver=540 (if you're on 5.4.0), it works everytime.

Google is your friend!
You can simpely download MP4's and put them in your www folder, and if it's correctly set-up and you can connect your Wii U to the same network as your laptop you can download the files from your laptop using the webserver.
To get your IP use "ipconfig" command in cmd.exe

They're talking about a link to the MP4 payload for wupinstaller that they rehosted. If you know of a binary payload for wupinstaller that could be used with Yellows8's exploit, I would be very interested...(I got the wupinstaller source to compile to a binary payload, but it still wouldn't run...)
