Gaming 5.03speed3

hi there, i've updated to 5.03 speed3 using mhu v3 and i have no idea how to go to GEN from here, I've tried looking everywhere (ok just google) and i can't seem to find it. HELP.

V1/2 motherboard > 5.00 M33 using hellcats recovery flasher > 5.50 GEN D3
V3 motherboard > 5.03 GEN C

? You've run MHUSpeed v3 then I am guessing and are in HEN mode.
Download this file http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/1873 (Found in Dean's guide. Should be final D3 release) and extract the Zip archive to the root of your USB stick. Then just go to Game->Memory Stick->Xgen Updater

I'm guessing you can upgrade from chickhen mode to 5.50 GEN D3 then?
I'm not 100% sure about it

thanks jams, btw dean i did try the hellcats thing but after ive selcted to install m33 it just switches off my PSP after a couple of seconds...

BTW, i have TA-088 v1/v2, i should be ok with your link jams right?

EDIT: is there any difference between 5.03 speed3 and 5.03 ChickHEN R2?

As far as I know 5.03 Speed3 is just the MHU Speed HEN mode but I don't know as I've never actually hacked a PSP.

And yes that link should be fine if you have a TA088v1/2 as they are fully hackable. If still unsure use PSPident and double check the motherboard.
