i had a few queries regarding the dev menu...
Do you have to reinstall the devmenu everytime you power off as mine keeps disapearing and then im having to go to the DS option and hold L everytime i power on/off to reinstall the present

I also backed Mario kart 7 up and managed to install it...which played fine but when powered off could also noy locate this...arent they meant to be installed on the home menu after installed via dev menu

Here's my pokemon rsfs (european versions, didn't even need the JumpId):

Thanks, I'll give the Y one a try (it's more or less the same as the RSF I had for my Y, but if it works, it works). This will probably be my last attempt before giving up and moving on to Mario Kart 7.

I installed Mario Kart 7 but it won't boot. This message appears: "An error has occurred. Hold down he power button..." Here's my .rsf

At first glance, your ExtSaveDataId doesn't match your UniqueID:

UniqueId : 0x0308
ExtSaveDataId: 0xb0308

Notice anything wrong there?

"ExtSaveDataId: 0xb0308" should be 0x308. You could also try setting the save size to 512K, and be sure you used --decompresscode when extracting the exefs.

Hi VerseHell.

I did you're build in 32bit 86x / 3ds-cia conversion tools v0.1 X86 32bit

They maybe some errors on unpack-makerom

But not sure if it was just demo game I was using.

If you would like to test it, and correct if any think wrong , I don't think you will have a problem on you're 64bit system for 32bit files .

If you would like to take a look into it , and post it

That would be grateful

Attached in zip

I didn't test it yet, but it doesn't work if you just replace the files with the 32 bits versions ?

I have the same problem, but I can't even launch the exploit anymore for some reason. It just opens the ds menu settings.

So it's not meant to be permanently on your system, or is that just something that's not possible yet?
The ROP payload will be overwritten if you start any DS game or flashcart. You must re-install it to fix this issue.
If the DevMenu disappeared, simply reinstall it. I've personally never had the issue you're referring to, so beyond that, I can't help.
The CFW, however, must be relaunched every time you restart your 3DS. Nothing will work on your console from a clean boot. You also must have your SD card inserted into the 3DS at all times for the CFW to load, and operate properly.

It work for me with a cia version, so it should work on the cfw too.

Do you also keep the save file or does it get corrupted after conversion? Also can you give us the steps how to succesfully convert pokemon y to cia file?
