Has anybody bought the controllers from DX that look just like the official ones? If you have do they work well, and do they still work in the latest firmware 3.72?

If you don't know which ones I'm talking about it's these..
This and this

Well I know usb joypads work. I have a ps2 to pc adapter which isn't even ps3 supported and it miraculously worked. I'm kinda hoping for the same when it comes to these controllers.

I got a Dualshock 3 from DX a long time ago and still use it as my main controller now.

I cannot remember the exact sku i got though, i'll see if i can find it in my order history.

I believe it was unofficial 3rd part controllers were stopped. Madcatz and gamestop controllers should still work. Has those two brands are licensed by Sony.

Just been through my order history and it was this controller I got from DX that still works fine:

As it states genuine in the title I guess that may explain it still working...

Plus I got it for free using my DX points

I'll prolly buy one just to see if it does work if it doesn't.. well it was less than 20 and I'm sure I could use it for something.

my pc paddles work but i have to check with the 3.72 update... in scott prigriml vs the world version 1.0 it worked but since it got updated to 1.1 it does not work i am so pissed off about that...
