Hacking 3in1 Plus NOR Help

So I've been using GBA Exploader .58b to play GBA games on my 3in1 Plus. I was hoping to load games into NOR so I could migrate pokemon to HG/SS, but whenever I try to load a game into NOR it stops at a random percentage on the copying game to NOR step. I've tried different games with no success.

For slot 1 I'm using a CycloDS Evolution running 1.58b2 firmware.

Also, I'm able to load any game into PSRAM fine.

Upgrade to the latest firmware 1.58. http://www.cyclopsds.com/downloads/evo-firmware-1.58.zip

The CycloDS supports the 3in1+ natively so there should be no need for you to use GBA Exploader.

Huh, I still can't load games into NOR. It freezes on the erasing NOR step now.

Also, if I try to load games into PSRAM, when the game starts I just get a white screen.

EDIT: Blowing air into the GBA slot on the DS seemed to have fixed the PSRAM problem, however I'm still unable to load games into NOR. Is my 3in1 plus defective?

There currently isn't an updated pokepatch for HG/SS for you to migrate pokemon.

0.58b has a NOR has a reset bug.

This all means you couldn't transfer pokemon even if you got the 3in1 working like it is suppose to.

I was planning to migrate to Platinum then have a friend help me trade them over.

Anyways, GBA exploader .058b0 still freezes when copying any ROM to NOR. Nothing seems to be working since PSRAM still works fine.

Use cory's loader to put the pokemon game in NOR. His works with the 3in1+ NOR correctly.

Well, I got cory's loader and I got this message "prototype test failed". Does that mean for sure my battery is dead? I'm starting to have problems loading from PSRAM also.

EDIT: I just found out that I can't save games in PSRAM, so I guess my battery is dead then.

Well something is defective, either the 3in1 is or the DS causing the battery failure.

You might want to ask Cory about that error message, I haven't gotten a 3in1 to say that during write before.
