Homebrew 3dsthem.es problème: 403 Forbidden

Soooo as the title says I have a problem with the website "3dsthem.es". When I attempt to access it, it gives me an error message that says: "403 Forbidden nginx". I've tried with Hola Launcher and a lot of other VPN apps and they work but I can't download any theme so they're completely useless. Could anyone help me ? Thanks. ~
