Hardware 3DS will not turn on.

It has Luma 9.0. The start Luma Screen on boot can appear. It will stay with one blue light on forever. It can turn off but completely turning on won't. Any help?

Do you have a NAND backup?
If so, restore it via Godmode9.
Otherwise:
1. Try recovery mode (A+R+L+Up).
2. Try CTRTransfer via Godmode9.
3. Try CTRTransfer via Decrypt9.
4. Try Lazarus3DS.

Solved it. Game cart was the problem. IDK why my R4 was doing that.

What each does?

Nand restore is self-explanatory.
Recovery mode boots you directly to update screen so that you can try and update your system thus repair it.
CTRTransfer is nand transfer, which is not console specific.
Lazarus takes all important data on your NAND and mixes it with some other files thus creating franken-CFW, which can't be uninstalled, but has high probability of working.
