Its not a big deal breaker, really, but i noticed that colors on screen tend to be youowish, more like a bit warmer colors when 3D is off (and most of the time i keep it off)

I wonder if there is some homebrew or tweak so i can make colors on screen in general a bit colder. When 3D is on colors are normal and pic is sharper.

So whag can i do about this?

I got cfw and luma and godmode ...im not really into those, but if you want to know ask me.

Thanks!

Sounds to me like one of the displays is broken. I believe the 3ds uses 2 displays for 3d, so possibly one of them is broken. I don't know anything that can increase blue light, but it is possible in theory. Ntr already has an option to reduce blue light, but I wouldn't know how to program in the opposite.

Older model O3DS non-XL? If so, common from lower quality displays not aging well. Check to see if power saving is on first though.

Its not aged, it was always like that, and colors are correct, just a bit warmer, not like in power save. Its XL old model.

Not the blue light but to change collors of screen lo colder colors

Have you enabled power saver? This is a cause of warmer colors. You can disable it from the top left button on the home menu
i never use power save.

How old is your 3DS? My has 6, and is starting to accuse the first obvious signs of usury (background sound in the speakers, display colors less defined etc.).

Consider that the TFT display (like the one mounted on the 3DS) are subject to these things, considering that, the panel of this console is qualitatively poor.

Nope, there isn't any software which apply a screen overlay to fix colors. This features needs a good amount of RAM and a fast CPU, like the ARM on our smartphones.
The 3DS only runs in BG apps like StreetPass etc., not .cia.. so it's useless to develope any fix :(

Good luck for your future purchase ;)
