This info is from Gamespot :

When Nintendo confirmed the 3DS's launch date in North America as being March 27, it promised that more than 30 games would launch
before the Electronic Entertainment Expo in June. Today, the company revealed that 18 of those would be available from day one.

Super Street Fighter IV 3D will be a 3DS launch title.

A trio of first-party titles will be available at launch. They include: The airborne adventure Pilotwings Resort, which will feature planes,
hang gliders, and rocket belts in a variety of missions; Steel Diver, a submarine sim that will feature undersea combat; and Nintendogs
and Cats, which will feature a virtual kennel full of simulated puppies and kittens. All three games will cost $40, the standard price point for first-party titles.

The 3DS also comes preloaded with two titles Nintendo is counting as games: Face Raiders, which lets players shoot at photos of their
faces, and Mii Maker, which automatically creates Miis from photos.

Some 15 third-party games will be available at launch, including miniaturized, 3D versions of some of gaming's biggest franchises
. For sports fans, Madden NFL Football and Pro Evolution Soccer 2011 3D will be on tap, with Ridge Racer 3D available for racing fans.
Fighting fanatics will get Super Street Fighter IV 3D Edition while Sims fans will get the Sims 3.
Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Shadow Wars, Rayman 3D, and Super Monkey Ball 3D are among the other titles available on March 27. No prices were given in today's announcement, but online retailers are listing the games as also costing $40 each.
