ROM Hack 3DS Upgrade Error

I need help with a 3DS Problem.
I downgraded my Old Nintendo XL from 11.0.3-36 to 11.0.0-4U with A9LH (If I remember correctly) by accident. Every time I try to update the XL it gets a error and restarts every time. And I can't run soundhax because of the current version

Restore a nand backup cos you got a corrupted firmware. I can't help you out as that's all I know that works.
