Which CFW, of course?
As I said in the above post (which I cut out and pasted in the official topic) and you can see on yls8.mtheall.com, the kernel (native firm) has not been changed - this generally implies CFWs will support it out of the box as they supported the previous version (the friends and streetpass drivers were changed, but current cfws don't mess with either)
In any case, as a diligent user you are without a doubt creating periodical nand backups
and therefore can always easily undo an update
