Homebrew 3ds sd card for Wii U

Hi guys, sorry for posting several threads today, hopefully I won't need any more help from you all for a while (even though you're all very nice). Basically I was wondering if I could put all the files from my homebrew 3ds sd card onto my computer then use the sd card to install the wii u iso that I want onto my external hard drive (through WUP installer.) and then, at the end, put the 3ds files back onto the sd card without any consequences. As long as I erase everything before putting the 3ds files back I should be fine, right? I know sometimes nintendo makes it so that something used for one console can't be used for others, which I forget the name of because it's late. Thanks.

As far as I know, yes... But if you have an Emunand, it might be a problem, I've never tried.... but in theory, one without an Emunand should be possible.

I literally just did this myself. No problems at all.
Just make sure to backup all of your 3DS files and emunand to your PC.
