I just got this dual ips n3ds and my bottom screen keeps flicker for a few seconds after being powered on. After like 30 seconds the flickering completely stops. When I play games there is no flickering whatsoever. I tried booting it up with no SD card inserted and there is no flickering at all, so I believe it isn’t a hardware issue. BTW my n3ds is modded.

Did you ever solve this? For me it sometimes stops flickering, but as soon as I switch splash screens or change some settings, it flickers again. Also, I feel like it's happening more recently.
