I was browsing online and ive found a few 3ds roms but they all mostly seem to be euro roms. I also found very little usa roms and i want to ask if there really is a difference between them now that gateway owners arent region locked. Also, I did notice that the euro and usa and jap roms had different sizes?

The most that is really different could probably be just language changes and minor graphic changes, like real-life advertising or terms that may change from country to country.

As for size differences, they could be because of graphic sizes (ie: different logos for different regions etc), or different sizes in text files (Like Pokemon games and whatnot.)

Fuck those things, six self.checkouts in parallel are slower than one manned register, and they have to have someone stand next to them to help people and validate age if you're buying beer, and unlock the machine when it gets into the MYSTERY OBJECT IN THE BAGGING AREA OH GOD HELP, HELP, CALL FOR HELP mode.

Produce annoys me the most about using them
  • Veho @ Veho:
We have a separate scale in the produce aisle, you do all the fiddly stuff there and get a barcode sticker that you scan on the self-checkout.

Walmart ones aren't bad when they
work they're the equivalent to McDonald's ice cream machine
  • Veho @ Veho:
Yeah but the downside is that they're in Walmart.

    Or the shoppers.
