Homebrew 3DS on 11.8.0 41E help needed?

My daughter has a 3DS which I hacked a long time ago. Whats the latest hack? I used to install games through free-shop, however, I am hearing its now gone. Everytime I go to use Freeshop, the 3DS crashes. Any hlp with this will be very very much appreciated. Here is a screenshot of the SD card as it is now.

OK, as I said, its been a while since Ive done anything to the 3DS. I want to update it, its got Rosalina installed and Lumia. I more or less what to start again. Where do I start? Thank you in adavance

As for games, you'll just have to download them the old fashioned way. You can use Boop + FBI network install though so you don't need twice as much space on your SD (cia + space to install it) and you can install a lot of games at once like that and leave it overnight, so it's not so bad
