"supports IEEE802.11 b/g with the WPA™/WPA2™ security feature"

Finally, I can get back onto the WFC lol.

That one's no surprise; the DSi supported WPA too (and WPA2 [IMG]).
Only trouble was that anything lower than a DSi-enhanced game and that support was useless.

So, is it confirmed that the 3DS has NO WEP support making multiplayer on DS games useless? [IMG] If so I'm pissed. Nintendo does this every damn time they update portables.

n support would be cool too [IMG]
    Faster speeds = less lag?

Not that original NDS WFC games had much to transfer to and fro..

No, it's just poorly worded. It's saying it can support WPA2. It would be backwards compatible with open and WEP. Think about it. It only would work on a closed WPA2 connection? I don't think so.

Well the specs are neat, too bad I came in looking at the thread hoping to find out new info about the CPU, RAM, Etc.

Either way, I'm glad that it supports the same wi-fi support the DSi does, now I can actually play games online at my house now. [IMG]
