Hacking 3DS not seeing any new updates and fails to system update

My 3DS doesn't seem to ever get the update nag and when I try to update it fails at about 20%. I'm currently on 11.2 and I need 11.4 for the new Fire Emblem to boot. I have the latest Luma as of Boot9Strap and Boot9Strap on my system.

Make sure your DNS setting for your internet configuration is set to "auto"

i'm on 11.2 on my N3DS ( b9s + luma ) and the new fire emblem boot !

Odd, I got it from FreeShop, maybe it's missing the ticket regardless.

you can try downloading the firmwarewith 3dnus and then use sysupdater to install the update cias

I don't have mobile data, but I can use the WiFi driven hotspot off my laptop which should have the same effect in terms of configuration on the 3DS end.
