Hacking 3ds internet and 3dz files help

Hi guys so this is the deal i just downloaded pokemon omega ruby in 3dz extension that lets you play online so the thing is i am kind of scared because the headers are the same that all the people who downloaded that rom so i dont know if someone could share with me the tools to change the headers and a little help on how to use it and i you could tell me if i would lose my save is already in 3dz all i want is to change my header so just please share me the tools thanks guys you rock

If you don't want to lose your save, backup it with SaveDataFiler then restore it.

Oh yeah i am going to back it up. But what are the tools you need to change the roms header and a quick guide so i know how to use it that be cool if someone helped me
