WTF are you talking about ?Surely someone who's in the know is willing to throw down $10 and upload the .Cias to the usual places.
he is talking bout someone buying them then dumping them and uploading them for everyone else to use.....not them giving you a .cia file to downloadWTF are you talking about ?
even they give you the cia if you paid $10 , how in the world some one with non modded 3DS will be able to use it ?
its just human nature im afraid for people to not be happy with one group of people getting something good and not the rest, i dont think anyone is upset with humble bundle I'm sure they would of at least tried to get all regions on board, people are more upset with nintendo for not just dropping the BS just once.....if it was the other way around you can be sure there would be a bunch of US users who would be upset about the situationThey tried to get other Nintendo divisions but it didn't work out, so of course it's "region locked", because they have separate stores.
Why are people so upset about this? There's no way around this, they either do this or not at all. This isn't intentional or something.
"They" as in Nintendo themselves, not HB. Just like practically all online game distribution systems out there, they have separate stores for each region, which is naturally uninterchangeable.its just human nature im afraid for people to not be happy with one group of people getting something good and not the rest, i dont think anyone is upset with humble bundle I'm sure they would of at least tried to get all regions on board, people are more upset with nintendo for not just dropping the BS just once.....if it was the other way around you can be sure there would be a bunch of US users who would be upset about the situation
so again great that humble bundle managed to get nintendo to actually do something a bit positive for once....sucks that nintendo's regional departments are still too segregated to make it a worldwide thing
There is humblebundle can do that i got a german version of Saints row 3 from them aswell. They tried to get other Nintendo divisions but it didn't work out, so of course it's "region locked", because they have separate stores.

yep wouldnt be too hard to have a "select your region" setting on the page, pretty sure most of the humble bundles have allowed you to choose what client your using in the past i.e origin or steam.....but whatever the reason be, i doubt people are going to rejoice in happiness that its a region locked offer when pretty much all humble bundles have been worldwide....i mean the hardest part is done, getting the game developers to offer up their games for dontation, all that would be left is getting the codes off each of nintendo's regional department's, i guess NOE and NOJ just decided they didn't want to play ballThere is humblebundle can do that i got a german version of Saints row 3 from them aswell.
So it is possible to give out different codes depending on region.
