Homebrew 3ds help! - 3d movie viewer

Hello! i am incredibly new to homebrew. Ive been trying to convert an episode of my favourite show to play on my 3ds, but i am having great trouble. i have already tried using AVI, cutting it down to under 10 mins, and having it play in the video app, but it refuses to show up, even with the correct file name. Now im trying 3d movie viewer, however i cannot find how, or do not know how to work with that file type. ive tried google, and i believe its ffmpeg? but i cant find any form of converters.

It would be greatly appreciated if anyone were to correct my blunders!

If you dont understand something just ask
Ups i forgot xD The 3D movie viewer only reads .moflex files
And if you already took the time to Convert the video you can turn Moflex to CIA but you dont need it
