Homebrew 3ds Hacking

It's my first time hacking, and I followed the guide on 3ds.hacks.guide, but I have no idea how to install any games from different countries or use any cheats on my games (Maybe I shouldn't have hacked my console in the first place). Every time I try to use cheats with luma3ds, it tells me it can't find any cheats. I want to try everything I can, but I don't know very much about hacking and I'm afraid of bricking my console.

I have Homebrew, FBI, Luma, and Anenome. Advice on how to use these apps would be really helpful and appreciated!

Okay I don't know about cheats I never did that part but FBI... Is the main thing I use to install games... It's really simple.... Get a Cia game Zelda say... You put that cia game on your 3ds SD card .. Go to the fbi app find Zelda cia & install it .

Insert the cart for that game and run CartInstall.

or use any cheats

Install Sharkive, run it, and press A on any games that have cheats available to download them.

Well yeah, Luma doesn't come with any cheats. Use the previously mentioned Sharkive to download them.
