Hacking 3DS - Finding pointers without Gateway Card?

Hi,
I'm trying to find pointers in Majora's Mask 3D but I got stuck.
I tried using Citra + Cheat Engine + TempAR + Gateway RAM Tools, but the RAM dump from PC doesn't seem to find pointers.
Someone made this amazing pointer but only works with the (USA) version in English (French and Spanish don't work).

So I wanted to convert it to other languages and to the (EUR) version.

Anybody knows how to find those pointers with a PC or with my 3DS with Luma v10.0.1?
