Hacking 3DS error

So, I was playing pokemon ultra sun and suddenly my screen froze and this error appeared. Does anybody knows what does it mean?

it says it's a generic error. I think this randomly happens. Just try again, this happens a lot for me.

I don't know...I'm worried. Earlier when I opened my 3ds out of sleep mode the screen was black and I had to turn it off to make it turn on again.

That's also pretty normal. Sometimes it still thinks it's closed, and doesn't exit sleep mode. It's only happened to me about 7-8 times across 3 different 3DS Systems
