Hacking 3ds don't boot

Hello everyone! When I remove my SD card from my 3ds, it does not want to turn on. Is there a way to fix this problem? Thanks for your help.

If you have A9LH installed, you're not going to be able to boot without an SD card in, unless you copy the .bin file to CTRNAND or whatever you're meant to do
